Reference the Attendance Sheet for the list of Contractors and Government personnel who were in attendance, (posted in the Solicitation Notice on SAM.gov).

Mr. Steven Stocking, Contracting Officer, facilitated the Pre-Bid conference, presenting the following information from the Pre-Bid Conference slides:

1) Requests For Information (RFIs), must be submitted in writing to Mr. Stocking and Ms. Anna Randall, Contract Specialist, not later than 5 working days prior to bid opening.

2) Period of Performance and Magnitude for the project(s) were noted, per the slides and Solicitation.
