Q1. If you look at the drawing + 1+12+2022. I see 34 Red Boxes highlighted in yellow. What does that signify?

Q2. Also, just feeder #1 (shown in dark red). How many individual cable tests?

A2. Yes, feeder #1 shown in dark red,Total 36 MV cable test locations with 3 conductors each plus grounding test at each location.

Q3. I also see a sample report from the Detroit Arsenal. Is that how you want the cables tested at Selfridge?

Q6. Can this work be performed during normal business hours? Also, can we test all 34 locations simultaneously having several test sets. This would require Feeder 1 to be shutdown.

A6. Can this work be performed during normal business hours?

Response: No, this work can not be performed during normal business hours since the Base is completely operarional M-F during normal business hours and MV Feeder 1 feeds lots of mission critical loads so MV feeder 1 can not be shutdown during normal business hours.

Also, can we test all 36 locations simultaneously having several test sets. This would require Feeder 1 to be shutdown.

Response: There are 36 numbered locations for testing, Generally VLF testing can take 1 hour per cable. With several test sets a testing firm may accomplish much of the task per outage event. The base (customer) will need coordination for the shut down events and announcements will be made via public affairs. Please read all accociated documents, IE: drawing and PWS (Description of service).
