About this file

The document is a Past Performance Questionnaire template for a federal contract opportunity related to the Old Gate Replacement at Martin State Airport Maryland Air National Guard Base (Solicitation Number: W50S8225RA005). The template requires offerors to provide up to six relevant past performance references completed within the last six years, with each entry detailing specific contract information including customer/agency name, contract number, contract type, awarded dollar value, period of performance, relevance to the current effort, offeror's involvement, performance ratings, and point of contact details.

The solicitation is issued by the Department of the Army Maryland Army National Guard and requires submission through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module. While specific details about the gate replacement project are not included in this document, the past performance questionnaire is designed to help evaluators assess the offeror's previous experience and capability to successfully complete the airport gate replacement project. Offerors must carefully complete all sections of the template, with incomplete submissions potentially risking disqualification from the competitive procurement process.
