About this file
This is a Questions & Answers/Clarifications document for Solicitation W50S7T26QA013 issued by the 182d Airlift Wing, Peoria, IL for Scissor Lift & Aerial Equipment Maintenance.
The solicitation covers maintenance services for 11 units during the base year, with a 12th unit (JLG ES1932, Reg # 26X0477) added under option periods only because it was recently received and inspected in September 2026. The equipment inventory includes five JLG 1930ES models (2009 and 2019), two JLG ES1932 models (2025), one JLG ES1932 model (2026), two Genie GS-1930 models (2021), one Genie GR-12 (2018), and one JLG 740AJ (2015). Operating hours range from 0.3 to 742.4 meter hours, with most units having last annual inspections in August 2025. This is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor. Contractors must propose staged/phased servicing schedules to maintain daily operational capabilities, as all 11 units cannot be serviced simultaneously. Technician certification requirements include manufacturer training from Genie, JLG, or equivalent documented knowledge demonstrating competent person status with experience on the specific type of aerial platform.
