This is a Statement of Work for the Minnesota Air National Guard's 133rd Airlift Wing outlining requirements for 74 complete Varicom Sleep Systems. The systems consist of three integrated components: a 30-degree Delta Sleeping Bag (double-layer nylon ripstop in foliage green with oversized rectangular footbox, secondary closure system, and full-length insulated draft tube), a 0-degree Gamma Sleeping Bag (double-layer nylon ripstop in urban gray with oversized rectangular footbox), and a Bivy (waterproof breathable top, waterproof bottom, integrated Delrin pole, improved rain protection and venting). The complete systems must include compression stuff sacks in both small and large sizes and meet temperature ratings from 30 degrees Fahrenheit to -40 degrees Fahrenheit while remaining water resistant and breathable.
