About this file
This is a Statement of Work for HVAC repair and replacement services required by the 147th Maintenance Support Group (MSG) of the Texas Army National Guard. The project involves the replacement of existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the Guard facility, with the contractor responsible for removal of old equipment, installation of new HVAC units, system testing, and commissioning to ensure proper operation. The work includes providing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment required to complete the installation, as well as disposal of the replaced equipment in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
The contractor must coordinate with facility personnel during execution, maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA standards, and provide documentation of all work completed including as-built drawings and equipment specifications. The statement of work requires the contractor to complete the project within a specified timeline and to warranty all installed systems for a defined period following substantial completion. Performance standards include ensuring HVAC systems operate at design specifications, maintaining indoor temperature and humidity levels within specified ranges, and providing training to facility personnel on system operation and basic maintenance procedures.
