In specification section 12 50 00, it mentions that there is an FF&E package attachment. The attachment is no where to be found. Can the government please provide the FF&E package attachment?

FF&E sheets (IF series) and Specification Section 12 50 00.13 10 are provided for reference only. Procurement and installation of new FF&E is not included in the scope of this contract.

Contractor shall provide electrical and telecommunications for planned furniture, and backing where TVs, white boards, and tack boards are shown.

Door W105G counter fire door plan page A502 detail 5&6 show a standard face of wall mount counter door. However, spec section 83313 calls for an Integral Frame Counter door with countertop. This type of door would not match plan details. Also, integral frame doors cannot be motor operated which the specs call for. Please clarify what type is required.

Counter door will not be an integral frame door. Provide 45 min rated motorized door assembly in lieu of 1 1/2 hour indicated in specs.

Spec section 83323 for the roll up doors is calling for Aluminum insulated doors, typically these would be steel. Is Aluminum really required?

Provide curtain slats fabricated from Grade A Steel sheets conforming to ASTM A653/A653M, with the additional requirement of a minimum yield point of 33,000 psi. Provide sheets, galvanized in accordance with ASTM A653/A653M and

ASTM A924/A924M.

Door Operation, Spec section 83323 section 2.2.5 says door S103E only to have motor operator. Section 2.2.4 Says manual operation for AB#2, but there is no door number listed as AB#2. What doors are chain operation & what doors are motor operation?

All roll-up doors with the exception of S-103E shall be manually operated.

From the site walk, we determined the lower roof is PVC or TPO. Are the existing roofs coming off? We need to know what’s under the PVC or TPO (insulation thickness, coverboard, is there another roof under the single ply system)?

Existing roof will be removed. Per as-builts available, existing roofing consists of single-ply membrane over a single layer of rigid board roof insulation (approx. 1") over steel decking.
