The 144 Fighter Wing is issuing this Request for Quote as a 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 238220 (with a $19M size standard) with a Firm Fixed Price contracting approach and no post-award negotiations anticipated. All prospective quoters must possess a valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and maintain current System for Award Management (SAM) registration. Technical Factors Project: Replace Main Gas Valve at Building 100
To be considered for award a contractor must have a fully developed plan to execute contract performance and satisfy the statement of work (SOW). The following concerns must be addressed to be considered for award.
1. Procedure. Provide a brief written work procedure to satisfy the SOW requirements of section 3.0. (Limited to two pages).
2. Acknowledgment of subcontractors. If a subcontractor is utilized, they must be selected at the time of quote submission. A primary and alternative may be referenced. Provide the business name and city of the selected subcontractor(s).
3. Qualifications. The SOW requires qualifications to prove competence in the area of work. A current CA C-36 license by the prime or the sub-contractor will satisfy this requirement. If a C-36 is held provide the license number. In lieu of a C-36 license an equivalent credential/certificate may suffice and must be provided to evaluate competency.
