About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) Questions and Answers for an Oil/Water Holding Tank Clean-up contract (Solicitation W50S6T25QA012) for the 144th Fighter Wing. The solicitation seeks a small business contractor to clean multiple underground holding tanks at various base locations, with tanks ranging from 50 to 15,000 gallons. The tanks contain water runoff with potential remnants of fuel, oil, grease, and other residues, and require visual inspection and complete emptying.

The requirement is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract set aside for small businesses, with NAICS codes 562998 and 562910 considered. The contractor will need to empty and clean six tanks located at different buildings, including Vehicle Ops, P.O.L., Wash Rack, and DFAC, using proper disposal methods in compliance with federal, state, and local policies. A portable frac tank can be used on-site, and a map and images of tank locations will be provided to the awarded contractor. Quotes are to be submitted electronically, with no advances allowed, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. Notably, funds are not currently available, and award is contingent on fund availability.
