This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file for Solicitation W50S6S25RA002 for a DFAC (Dining Facility) Attendant contract with the Arizona Army National Guard. The Q&A covers critical details about proposal submission, including technical proposal formatting (5-page technical narrative not counting cover page or diagrams), past performance evaluation (primarily through government systems like SAM and CPARS), and contractor requirements. Key operational details include an earliest contractor arrival time of 0600, meals served at $7.10 for regular and $11.55 for holiday rates (cash only), and only one meal typically provided per Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekend, mostly lunch with occasional breakfast.

The contract is for an auxiliary force to supplement military staff in DFAC operations, with provisions for potential transition of existing contractor personnel.
