About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF 30) Amendment to Solicitation W50S6N25QA012 for roof repair services at the 187th Fighter Wing in Montgomery, Alabama. The amendment modifies several key elements, including extending the response due date from 22 April 2025 to 01 May 2025 and adding a new Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0003) for removing and replacing damaged or wet insulation from building 1801, with an estimated 4,000 square feet of work. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and will be awarded on the basis of price and past performance.
The project involves repairing roofs on buildings 1801 (Civil Engineering) and 1804 (Munitions Complex), with an estimated project value between $100,000 and $250,000. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 27 March 2025 at 1:30 p.m., requiring advance registration with base security. The contract will be firm-fixed price, with periods of performance modified to run from 01 June 2025 to 30 July 2025. Funding is contingent upon appropriation availability, and the government reserves the right to award one or both roofing projects as separate line items.
