About this file
This document is a product specification sheet for the Iron Maiden Sniper Target, a self-resetting training target designed for military applications. The target is based on USMC/Army E-Type outlines and measures typically 36 inches tall by 18 inches wide, constructed from 1/2-inch or thicker AR500 steel to withstand high-caliber 7.62 millimeter rifle fire. The target features a red kill zone that falls backward upon impact to reveal a hit indicator and automatically resets within 1 second, providing visual and audible feedback detectable up to 1,000 meters away.
Key operational features include stainless steel hardware, AR500 impact zones, and a 10-degree mounting angle designed to deflect rounds downward for safety. The target requires no batteries, springs, or routine maintenance, making it suitable for deployment across multiple training applications. The self-resetting mechanism and passive design eliminate ongoing maintenance burden while providing reliable performance for sniper training operations.
