Q1: Can you please let us know the Wage rate of Tree cutting laborer/Landscaper ?
A1: All Wage Rates are within the applicable Wage Determinations. Wage Determinations are the three (3) attachments starting with the title “DBA…”.
Q2: Can you please let us know the height of the black vinyl coated fabric to install of 135ft ?
A2: The fence is 6 feet tall with a 1 foot barbed wire topper. Fence fabric is only to be replaced if damaged during tree removal. 9 gauge vinyl coated wire tires are required along the entire fence line, at rails and posts, not replacing fabric.
Q3: Can you please send us the picture for Overhead doors and Door C & D?
A3: This exhibit is already attached to the Solicitation, entitled “ME001 DOOR PLAN”.

Q4: Are they ¼” steel guides or ½” guides?
A5: ¼” steel.
Q5: Will the seals be required on the inside or outside or both?
A5: Outside.
Q6: Is there an aluminum retainer needed for the seals or all in one standard seal?
A6: Standard all in one.
Q7: Is it a brush seal or rubber flap and what color.
A7: Brush seal (black)
Q8: Is the bottom just a bulb rubber or is it a sensing edge or pneumatic edge?
A8: They are pneumatic sensing edges for safety.
Q9: On page 5 of the solicitation, paragraph (e), It states, “Bid Guarantee IAW FAR 52.228-1, must be submitted with your proposal submission to be eligible for award. Failure to provide a bid guarantee will render your proposal unacceptable.”
How do you want the bid bonds for the 3 separate tasks. Do you want a bid guarantee for each individual task or all three added together?
A9: Please provide separate bonds for each individual project.
