1. Q: The technical capability statement that was mentioned, does it need to be a separate document or would you all like it combined with the original document?

A: It can be separate from or included in the RFQ. Please make sure it’s clearly illustrated as “Technical Capability Statement” if included within.

2. Q: Pertaining to security requirements. Can we use passports and H2B Visa paperwork as Valid government identification?

A: Yes, those are valid identifications.

3. Q: Could you provide the name of the current incumbent, solicitation number, and contract value?

A: There is no current contract at this time. This is a new requirement, not a follow-on.

4. Q: Will there be a site visit to see the layout? If so, when?

A: Given the time constraint of this solicitation, no site visit will be allowed at this time.

5. Q: How would you like the proposal submitted?

A: In accordance with the instructions found in this RFQ. (See FAR 52.212-1) A PDF version of the quote must by submitted via e-mail to Giuliana Turriciano and Christopher Brown no later than 08 March 2024 at 10:00 EST.

6. Q: Pertaining to security. Could you please confirm whether all personnel who will be working on this assignment possess the required security clearance? If so, which clearance is required? and how can they obtain such clearance?

A: No clearance is required from personnel working on this requirement.

7. Q: Pertaining to iWatch training requirement. If the work is subcontracted, does the prime have to attend the in-person training? And if so, is the training available online?

A: Yes, Contractors and all associated subcontractors performing work on Army contracts must receive this training on the local iWATCH Army Program.

8. Q: What is the time duration of this contract?

A: As stated in this RFQ, the Period of Performance is from 01 April 2024 through 31 March 2029 including a base year and four option years.

9. Q: Will a preliminary survey be required bi-weekly as well?

A: Preliminary survey is only required once.

10. Q: Pertaining to terrain conditions. Is it smooth enough for mowers or does it need a rough cut mower behind a tractor? Is it clear and ready to mow or does it need to be cleared as well?

A: The terrain is cleared and ready to mow with mowers. No tractor is necessary.
