About this file

This document contains questions from industry regarding a solicitation for a Bobcat TL619 telehandler to be delivered to Fort Devens, MA. The solicitation indicates this is a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a 90-day period of performance, with award to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The government confirms a 2022 model year Bobcat that has never been titled is acceptable, and the response should be submitted on an SF1449 form. This is a 100% small business set-aside requirement, with no services required, only a commodity purchase. All questions were to be submitted by July 11, 2024 to the specified contracting personnel.
