6. This RFQ for 2 sets Wire EDM and the additional 3D cut EDM for later delivery, and our company can offer an excellent alternative to the models that are on the RFQ. However, in the machine delivery section you want the 2 new Wire EDM devices delivered in 84 days. Do you have any leeway on that delivery requirement? Would you be acceptable to say 12-16 weeks for the larger model?

Delivery between 12-16 weeks is acceptable. CLIN 0001 and CLIN 0002, “Days after Award” are updated from 0084 to 0112. SOW Section 7.1 and 7.2 have been updated to “delivery shall be no more than sixteen (16) weeks from date of contract award”. The Government also found a discrepancy under Section B for CLIN 0003 and 0004. The Days after award under Delivery or Performance for CLIN 0003 and 0004 should be 0084, not 0365. Amendment 0001 has been issue to reflect the updates.
