About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining quality management system audit requirements for a federal contractor providing M31 fin assemblies for 120mm mortar cartridges. The contractor must submit schedules of their planned QMS audits to the government within 60 days of first article approval, providing at least 30 days notice for CONUS audits and 60 days notice for OCONUS audits so the government may witness the audits. The contractor is also required to submit audit reports to the government within 15 days of audit completion. Key recipients of audit information include the ACC-NJ-CA, RDAR-MEA-P, RDAR-EIQ-PE, the government Quality Assurance Representative, and SFAE-AMO-CAS. The CDRL specifies distribution requirements for draft, final, regulated, and reproduction copies.
