Questions 1-4 Ruggedized Display (CRD) System Prototype Project Opportunity Notice

1 We are assuming this is a final RFP, but the file package is marked “draft” on FBO. Do the files on FBO represent a final RFP?

Answer: Files on FBO are final

2 The RFP (pages 1 and 8) says the proposal due date is October 21. FBO says October 30. Is October 30 the current RFP due date?

Answer: Closing date for RFP W15QKN-19-R-06E1 IDS October 30, 2019 at 5pm

3 The solicitation’s FBO page says bidders can submit an electronic response (i.e., an upload). However, the RFP (page 9) says you must submit a hard copy and two CDs. It is silent on uploaded submissions. Are uploaded submissions allowed, and if so, does that negate the need for a bidder who uploads a submission to provide a hardcopy/CD delivery?

Answer: No Electronic Submission. All Submission shall be hard copy/ CD Delivery

4 The requirement for hard copies states (page 9): “Each submission shall include one (1) hard paper copy of all two (2) volumes in a binder….” To clarify, is the intent to provide both paper volumes together in a single binder, or each volume in separate binders?

Answer: Each of the (2) paper volumes shall be in (2) separate binders for each volume.
