See Attachment 0010 responses posted. This question was covered under that previous amendment.

3) For the purposes of the proposal what should be used as the shipping destination for kit delivery? Section B does not include this information and nor does Section J Exhibit B.

See Answer 57 on Attachment 0010 responses posted.

4) We are interested in supporting this opportunity and we have reviewed the latest information. I have a couple questions pertaining to our prior government contracts that may support this contract but they are beyond the 3 year threshold. We do have a couple current contracts as a subcontractor. Am I able to briefly discuss this requirement with you or the contracts officer so we can determine our eligibility? We are interested in supporting this opportunity and we have reviewed the latest information. We have a very long history in supporting large, multi-year defense contracts; however prior to sequester we opted to take a tactical pause in defense contracting to focus our commercial partners and wait out the turbulent sequester storm. Currently we are back in the government business and have secured a couple contracts as a subcontractor and we have current commercial products in production that are equivalent regarding complexity etc. Our concern is, given the gap (3yrs plus) between our government contracts, are we still eligible to compete in this opportunity?

As instructed in Section L.4.2.2 of the Solicitation, “Offerors shall submit a list of all recent Government contracts (prime and major subcontracts) in performance or awarded to the Offeror and any of its major subcontractors within the past three(3) years, or awarded earlier than three (3) years ago, but for which deliveries/performance occurred or were scheduled to occur within the past three (3) years, which are relevant to the effort required by the solicitation.” Submit Past Performance information for Government contracts in which your company was a prime or subcontractor for contracts awarded within the past three (3) years or for contracts in which deliveries/performance occurred or were scheduled to occur within the past three (3) years. Past Performance information for major subcontractors can also be submitted for contracts awarded within the past three (3) years or for contracts in which deliveries/performance occurred or were scheduled to occur within the past three (3) years.

5) Any word on an extension on this RFQ?

Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W15QKN-18-R-0004 posted 07 DEC 2017 on Fed Biz Opps amends the Proposal Due Date from 03 January 2018 to 19 January 2018.

6) We still need 13043109 which is a color table for paint specification that is not listed below.

See Attachment 0010 responses posted. 13043109 is already included in the TDP provided.

7) We were informed we needed to resubmit the attached documentation in order to receive some of the missing prints from the TDPs on solicitation W15QKN-18-R-0004. Please let me know if you require any further documents.

The AMSTA-AR Form 1350 Technical Data Request Questionnaire, DD 2345 - Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, and Non-Disclosure and Non-Use Agreement submitted for the OBJECTIVE GUNNER PROTECTION KITS, COMBAT VEHICLE TURRET ASSEMBLY, and VEHICLE INTEGRATION KITS Technical Data Packages is sufficient. New forms are not required to be submitted for the AHTS PIKs missing drawings.

8) I’m following up on the missing drawings (Attachment 11). Per the amendment, it asks we submit the DD2345, Form 1350, and NDA again. Do we need to do this again even if we’ve already submitted them previously? Thanks!

9) On the below solicitation, I was wondering if it is possible to bid just the transparent armor??

Proposals are requested of all items in the solicitation.

10) We had no questions and were on track to submit a compliant proposal by 1/3/18. I'm curious as to why an extension was granted. In our view there was sufficient information provided in the solicitation and TDPs to complete pricing and submit a complaint proposal.

The proposal due date was extended to allow industry time to review the AHTS PIKs drawings that were missing from the Technical Data Packages when the Solicitation was issued.

11) We also found the following drawings are missing from the O-GPK technical data package (13063370):
