TP-1.01 Scope of Work
A. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, insurance, and expertise to routinely pump-out ejector pits and other sewage, graywater or other holding tanks and supply and service portable toilets at the Baltimore/Washington International
Thurgood Marshall (BWI Thurgood Marshall) Airport on a scheduled basis in accordance with these specifications.
B. The Maryland Aviation Administration (Administration or MAA) shall have the unilateral right to order, in writing, changes in the work within the scope of the contract in accordance with General Provisions clause "Changes".
C. The term “Administration” is used through these specifications and means the MAA’s

D. Any Modification to the contract shall be considered an alteration of the specifications and shall be handled in accordance with SP-1.45 Alteration of Specifications or of
