About this file
This document is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) related to contact center training services. The VA is seeking information on companies that can provide both live virtual classroom training and online self-paced on-demand training for VA contact center employees. The RFI asks respondents to provide details on their company, relevant NAICS codes and SINs, experience in healthcare/clinical contact center training, ability to utilize instructors with experience working with Veteran populations, and any comments or questions on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS outlines the planned virtual live training classrooms and online self-paced training on-demand eLearning licenses required. Responses are requested by May 20, 2024 and should be emailed to the provided POCs. This RFI is for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or bind the government to any acquisition approach.
