Prevailing wage applies to cleaning and sanitization service visits. No incumbent vendor exists for this service, no trailer relocation is anticipated, and no early contract termination or extension options beyond May 31, 2027, are available. The trailer must feature separate men's and women's stalls (2 each) with ADA-compliant stairs, and no particular trailer size, age, or model is required.
