About this file

This document contains vendor questions and answers regarding a state or local government contract opportunity. The contract involves the procurement of juices, with line items for various quantities and packaging configurations. The juices will be delivered in weekly shipments on Tuesdays after a vendor is awarded, with the specific quantities for each delivery provided to the vendor. The vendor must also be able to provide emergency juice shipments within 24 hours as requested. The acceptable packaging for the juices is either aluminum peel-off tops or juice boxes, but pop can-style tops are not allowed.

The document indicates that the required quantities do not need to be provided in a single shipment, but rather can be split across multiple orders over a specific time period. This suggests a contract with a defined performance period during which the full order quantity will be delivered in weekly installments.

Also, vendor need to be able to provide juice shipments as requested to Shapiro in case of an emergency within 24 hours.

Question: What kind of packaging is allowed for juices? Aluminum peel off on top, juice boxes, etc.?

Answer: We allow either Aluminum peel off on top of juices, or juice boxes. We do not allow tops like on pop cans, for juices.
