Agency Response – The radio model requested is NX-3300K2 - UHF (400-520MHz), 5.0 Watts, Standard Key Model: 512 Channel-Channel Group ID with LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and programmable 4 keys. The Battery model is the OEM KNB-55LAM - 1480 mAh, Li-ion battery, IP67.

Agency Response – The radios are UHF.

Agency Response – The radios have an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) limited display and programmable 4 keys (standard key).

4. Vendor Question - Are there any other specific part numbers / accessories needed for this RFP?

5. Vendor Question - Will the end user program the radios? If the end user needs us to program the radios, we will need an existing radio to ensure they communicate with the radios on site. Would they be willing to send us one should we be awarded the bid?

Agency Response – The End User will program the radios.

6. Vendor Question - Will the radios need to work with a P25 trunking system?

Agency Response – No, the radios will not need to work with the P25 trunking system.

7. Vendor Question- If current radios are password protected, we would need the password to “read” the existing radios and ensure they will work with the new radios. Are they willing to provide that?

Agency Response – The current radios are not password protected.

8. Vendor Question - Are current radios programmed to analog, true DMR or NXDN?

Agency Response - The current radios are NXDN.
