IDOC – TABE Testing Materials Vendor Question and Answer Question:

I have a follow up question to the answer that was posted on the BidBuy for the question related to the Large Print TABE Test Books. Is the correct process to ask that question directly to you?

My question is: To order 75 copies of each of the 9 Large Print titles is an extremely large request based on past purchases the Department has made for older version of TABE large print versions. Test Books including the Large Print are reusable items and typically are used for several years before needing to be replaced. Is it ok for us to respond with both a total price for the 75 test books requested for all 9 titles of TABE and also provide the per booklet price so if the Department decided to order a smaller amount that price would also be documented?

Answer:

It has been confirmed that IDOC needs 3 each of the Large Print Test Booklets. Lines 12 through 20 on the items tab and sections 1.2.12 through 1.2.20 of the contract have been corrected to state 3 each for the quantity.
