The following is required by all outside vendors providing product and/or service to a group/event on the Resort property.

Indemnification Vendor and Resort will indemnify, defend and hold harmless each other and its management company, and their affiliates from and against any loss or damage to Resort property in any way caused by Group during its Event. Group will also indemnify, defend and hold harmless Resort and its owner from and against any third-party claims for losses to property or personal injury arising out of or related the negligence, gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Group, its employees, agents, contractors or attendees. Group will not be required to indemnify Resort for claims caused by the sole negligence, gross negligence or intentional misconduct of Resort.

On-Property Operations The Resort will have specific delivery, unloading and loading depending on the equipment and/or venue. The assigned event manager will communicate the directions. For visual and resort preservation, we are relying that the on-site staff to have received that information.

The Resort will also require that all staff register with our security team for an on-site badge for safety and security reasons. In addition, our team will inquire about uniforms prior to arrival on property. If uniforms are not required by the vendor, the Resort requests that all staff be in resort casual attire (no jeans, shorts, tank tops, etc, unless it is part of a costume). All staff should be well groomed and presentable in the event of client-facing activity.

While staff is on property, our expectation is that they will be respectful of our resort and team members. If there is a challenge, it should be reported up within the vendor organization and then followed up with the Director of Sales & Marketing of the Resort. Respectful includes, but is not limited to, proper communication (tone, language, etc); takes care of our product and equipment; cleans up after themselves; disposes of garbage appropriately; and does not use the resort team member dining room.

Parking for all staff members is located in the Northeast parking lot, closest to the Security check-in. At no time is parking permitted in the front drive and/or valet areas.

Insurance A certificate of insurance is to be provided to the Resort and maintained throughout the relationship.

Billing Unless arrangements are made and approved in advance, the Resort will not be collecting funds from the client to cover your products and/or services. The vendor should institute their own payment policies with the client.

In the event there are circumstances whereby the Resort does collect payment on behalf of a vendor, please note that the payment to the vendor could take 2-4 weeks to receive after it goes through our corporate office.

Compliance with Laws.

Both parties are responsible to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances or other legal requirements related to their performance of this Contract, including the Americans with Disabilities Act.
