About this file

This document is a set of Special Provisions outlining the requirements for submitting bids on automotive equipment procurement contracts with the Wyoming Department of Administration & Information. The Special Provisions cover various requirements such as standard equipment, lighting and safety, delivery terms, required submittals, trade-ins, licensed dealers, and cooperative purchasing. Key details include that bids must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase, all addenda must be acknowledged, descriptive literature must be provided, and bids may be considered non-responsive if certain conditions are not met. The provisions also state that the Department of Administration & Information is responsible only for purchases made by their department, while other state agencies and political subdivisions must process purchases through their own channels.

The document further outlines warranty, servicing, and recall requirements, specifying that the manufacturer must have a servicing dealer in Wyoming able to perform warranty repairs and service work. Pricing and other commercial terms are not provided, as this appears to be a standard set of procurement provisions rather than a specific solicitation. The document aims to establish the rules and requirements for vendors seeking to do business with the Wyoming Department of Administration & Information for automotive equipment purchases.
