5. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses.

The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 484220.

The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $34.0M.

Description:

This requirement is for a Static Aircraft Relocation. The 316th CES requires that its static display aircraft, VC-140, be moved from its current location, building 1245 within Joint Base Andrews be relocated to a set of newly constructed pylons between buildings 1417 and building 1419 in accordance with the SOW (See Attachment 1).

Service Required:

• Disassemble VC-140 from current pedestal outside of building 1245

• Transport, reassemble and install on new pedestal between buildings 1417 and building 1419

• Perform daily cleanup of construction site

• Provide protection of existing government facility, grounds, and equipment during construction

• Provide protection for personnel working in the area

• Provide protection for communications equipment during work activities

• Remove all construction debris from the work site daily and/or as needed

• Provide all equipment rental, with operators, to complete all required work

• Repair any damage to site after aircraft has been placed

FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. As prescribed in FAR 12.301(c), the following addendum is provided for this solicitation and hereby amends any language therein:

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
