About this file

This document provides specifications for ceramic/porcelain tiling work for a Consolidate Outpatient Clinic project. It requires the installation of interior porcelain tile, terrazzo divider strips, waterproofing membranes, crack isolation membranes, and tile backer boards. Materials must meet standards for abrasion resistance, slip resistance, factory blending, and temporary protective coatings. It specifies requirements for trim shapes, backer units, fasteners, setting materials, grouting materials, patching compounds, cleaning compounds, and polyethylene sheeting. It also provides detailed instructions for surface preparation, installation of cementitious backer units, metal divider strips, general tilework, and identifies applicable industry standards for the work.
