The solicitation is for a firm-fixed price contract to provide two onsite training courses and follow-up coaching sessions for 55 probation supervisors. The training is intended to help supervisors learn to hold staff accountable in a respectful manner and promote positivity through workplace wellness and emotional intelligence. The first training session will be held the week of June 6-8, 2024, with the second session date to be determined. The solicitation closes on June 5, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. CST, and the agency hopes to make an award decision that same day. The agency indicates they are unable to provide a budget or price range for the services, and respondents should submit pricing proposals via email in PDF format.
