At a minimum the training offered must provide two onsite courses with follow-up coaching sessions. Onsite sessions will for an audience of approximately of 55 employees and no more than 8 hours per day. Required training material should be proposed to management separately due to budgetary constraints. The remote sessions shall be conducted on a mutually agreed upon platform within an agreed upon duration after award.
