Questions and Answers, Clarifications
Question 1: Are proposals to be mailed, e-mailed, or other?
Answer 1: Proposals are due by September 19th 4:30PM EST and may only be submitted via USPS, overnight express carrier, or had delivered. There shall be no extension of this deadline.
Proposals are due at the following address:
Daniel Patrick Moynihan US Courthouse 500 Pearl Street, Suite 820 New York, NY 10007-1312 Attn: James Puskuldjian
Question 2: Are samples and/or renderings (scaled drawings) required to be submitted prior to selection?
Answer 2: Not required
Clarification Request 1:
The FBO announcement for the referenced solicitation states a size standard NAICS 442291, $7.5m; however, the bid documents and SF 33 do not restate it. Please confirm the size standard attached to this project so that we may determine our eligibility to bid.
Response: Small Business Act and size standards for small businesses do not apply to the judiciary. Therefore, you should disregard the NAICS code and be advised that the judiciary intends to make the award based on low price/technical acceptability regardless of business size.
Clarification Request 2: Please confirm that a bid bond is not required for this project.
Response: A bid bond is not required for this project.
General Comment: All documentation and information required to submit a valid proposal can be found within the solicitation documentation/posting on FedBizOps.
