About this file
This document contains questions and answers related to an RFQ (Request for Quotes) for hotel services for the 2024 US Probation & Pretrial Services District Training Conference. The RFQ specifies that the court is seeking proposals from hotels and resorts in Riverside and San Diego counties, with a property rating of 4 stars or better. Quotes must be submitted directly from hotel management by 4:00pm on August 14, 2024. The court will not accept proposals from brokers. The key questions answered address whether there is a specific area required for the hotel location, and whether the court will accept proposals from hotels with 3rd party agreements. The responses indicate the court is open to proposals from hotels in all areas of the specified counties, and will only accept proposals directly from hotel management, not brokers.

To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to answer questions regarding the above-referenced RFQ.
Question 1: I wanted to get clarification of if there is a specific area you needed the hotel to be in.
I only see that it says counties being considered.
