About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers file for Solicitation FA700025Q0025 for a Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer. The document addresses two key points regarding the procurement: import tariffs and delivery terms. For import tariffs, the seller is responsible for initial import costs, which must be included in the total quote price and not submitted as a separate line item. Vendors must specify the country and tariff percentage rate with their quote submission.
Regarding delivery, the solicitation strictly requires F.O.B. Destination delivery, explicitly stating that D.A.P. (Delivered at Place) or C.I.P. (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) destination delivery methods will not be accepted. These clarifications provide vendors with specific guidance on pricing and delivery expectations for the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer procurement.
