About this file
This document is a Trade Agreements Certificate (Standard Form 252.225-7020) that requires offerors to certify the country of origin for end products being proposed in a federal contract solicitation. The provision outlines the government's evaluation criteria, which prioritizes U.S.-made, qualifying country, or designated country end products. If no such products are available or insufficient to meet requirements, the government may consider other options.
Offerors must complete the certificate by identifying any line items that are nondesignated country end products, specifying the line item number and corresponding country of origin. The form requires the company name, printed name of the representative, their title, signature, and date of certification. This document is part of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and is designed to ensure transparency and compliance with trade agreement regulations for federal contract submissions.
