About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details the replacement of an air-cooled chiller unit at Building 1014, MFH Osan Air Base in the Republic of Korea. The project requires removing the existing non-operational chiller and installing a new air-cooled screw-type chiller with approximately 200 nominal tons cooling capacity, operating at 460V/60Hz/3 Phase. The new unit must be compatible with existing infrastructure, meet AHRI 550/590 standards, and integrate with the facility's Building Automation System via BACnet IP.
Key requirements include providing all necessary personnel, tools, and equipment for removal, installation, and commissioning, with specific technical specifications such as screw or scroll compressors, ASHRAE 90.1 compliance, brazed plate heat exchanger, and propylene glycol solution. The contractor must complete all work following U.S. Army, DoD, Federal, and Host Nation regulations, submit comprehensive documentation, perform acceptance testing, and provide both manufacturer and one-year installation warranties. Normal working hours are 0830-1630, Monday through Friday, with work to be completed as soon as possible after contract award.
