About this file

This document is a Scope of Work (SOW) for the County of Volusia, Florida, seeking shirts, hats, and embroidery services for Facility Management and Fleet Divisions. The contract aims to establish a Master Agreement (MA) with an initial three-year term, with potential for two subsequent one-year renewals. The county requires apparel including easy care shirts, pique knit sport shirts, industrial work shirts, polo shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, rain jackets, ball caps, and beanies in sizes ranging from XS to 5XL. The contractor must provide embroidery services, including county logo placement and optional employee name embroidery in specific size and color configurations.

The pricing terms require firm pricing for the first year, with the county reserving the right to evaluate product substitutions if manufacturers discontinue items. The contractor must respond to new order requests within two business days and complete deliveries within six weeks, with pricing inclusive of delivery to all county departments. An online ordering portal is preferred, and the county will have the option to have apparel pre-separated by employee. No additional shipping charges will be accepted except for rush orders, and the county maintains discretion in determining product equivalence and style/quality comparisons.
