About this file
This document provides details for a federal contract opportunity for roof replacement work at Indiana Dunes National Park. The National Park Service Midwest Region is soliciting proposals for demolishing and replacing roofs on several buildings at the park, including the motor shop, between $100,000 to $250,000. Interested parties must have a DUNS number and be registered in SAM.gov. The contract will be a firm-fixed price awarded by July 2021, following Porter County construction wage rates. The project is reserved solely for small businesses and offers are due by the scheduled site visit date in June, where attendance is highly encouraged. Christopher Bauer of the National Park Service is the point of contact for any questions.
