About this file
This document contains questions and answers regarding a request for proposal for roof replacement projects at Indiana Dunes National Park. Work will include demolishing existing asphalt shingles and installing new standing metal seam roof panels, gutters, and flashing on multiple buildings. The motor shop roof will be sealed at seams and penetrations. The contract value is between $100,000 and $250,000, utilizing a firm-fixed price. The NAICS code is 238160 for roofing contractors and the project is set aside 100% for small businesses. Offerors should attend an on-site pre-proposal visit and ensure registration in SAM.gov. The point of contact is Christopher Bauer at the National Park Service Midwest Region for any questions.
