About this file

This solicitation package includes a past performance questionnaire and details of a federal contract opportunity for roof replacement services at Indiana Dunes National Park. Work will involve demolishing and disposing of existing asphalt shingles and gutters, installing new standing seam metal roof panels and gutters, and sealing seams and penetrations on an existing motor shop roof. The contract value is between $100,000 and $250,000, utilizing a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded in July 2021 under the NAICS code 238160 for small businesses. Offerors must visit the site, are encouraged to attend an announced site visit, and must register in SAM and complete ORCA representations by the solicitation close date. The past performance questionnaire requires offerors to provide details of a relevant past project for reference checks, and for the project owner to rate performance across quality, conformance, management, adherence to schedule, and overall satisfaction criteria. Christopher Bauer serves as the contracting point of contact.
