VTC UPGRADE

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT

23 NOVEMBER 2020

REQUIREMENT

1. Projector (Qty of 2):

a. signal resolution: 1920 x 1200 or higher

b. high level of brightness of 6,500- lumen or higher

c. Dimensions (W x H x D) 18.1 x 6.7 x 20.3" / 460.0 x 169.0 x 515.0 mm Approximately

d. Weight 34.00 lb / 15.42 kg Approximately

e. Input / output RGB, DVI, HDMI, RJ45, HDBaseT interface connector: RJ45, 4 play (Video, Audio, LAN, Control)

f. Projector needs to have networked control and monitoring that can be accessed at presenter’s desk.

g. Projectors must be commercial grade TAA compliant equipment.

3. Control system touch screen, 7in" without camera or mic at presenter desk

4. Amplifier

5. Microphone

6. Speakers (Qty of 6)

- None of the equipment can have WiFi or Bluetooth.

- Operational materials (O&M Manuals) must be provided.

- The main briefing room upgrade needs to be compatible with 96 CS infrastructure and be in accordance with the 96 CS Design Guide dated February 2020.

EXISTING CONDITIONS

The current Government owned items that are in place and need to be compatible with any items acquired under this requirement are: Panasonic Desktop Editor- audio equipment; Bogden- amplifier;

JQA- projector; Apollo- projector screen and HP EliteDesk 800 G2- desktop.

INSTALLATION

- Uninstall existing equipment (projector, monitors, applicable equipment in rack and any unnecessary cable); turn over existing equipment to Government POC.

- Onsite installation of equipment

- Includes all materials (mounting brackets, cables, connectors, hardware, etc) (- Adequately mount all equipment to include any required reinforcement to ensure sound, stable installation

WARRANTY

- Minimum One year (12 months), from date of acceptance

- Parts, labor and travel

- Troubleshooting

- Required response time during warranty period to address maintenance requests:

Systems is partially capable, such as 1 of 3 monitors is inoperable: 7-14 calendar days System is completely inoperable, such as all monitors, projector and/or touch panel control do not work: 3 business days

- Live telephone support 24x7 during warranty period
