Completely self-contained unit
Must have backdraft and downdraft contaminant capture
Downdraft tables must be built to fit within the door dimensions listed in the table on the next page
Power controls must be customizable to accommodate shop layout
Evenly ventilated working surface area with 6,000 CFM airflow rating
Adequate work space illumination must be provided by sealed light emitting diode (LED)
Minimum table work space must be four (4) feet deep and six (6) feet wide and no larger than seven (7) feet deep, eight (8) feet wide and nine (9) feet six (6) inches deep
Equipped with a manometer to determine filter impaction and service life
Manometer must be installed in a conspicuous location for technician monitoring
Minimum average airflow requirement of 150 to 250 FPM to ensure adequate capture of Hexavalent Chromium (CrVI) and other hazardous dust generating from sanding
Equipped with High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) rated filters with a minimum filtration efficiency of 99.7 percent of airborne particles meauring 0.3 micron in diameter or better
Engineered to automatically self-clean filter bank to prolong service life
Blower motor compartment must be lined with sound dampening material to reduce noise levels during useage
Must be equipped with a motor hours meter
