About this file
This document outlines requirements for hazardous waste management and regulatory compliance support services. The contractor will operate Dugway Proving Ground's Central Hazardous Waste Storage Facility, provide related hazardous and non-regulated waste management functions, and ensure compliance with DPG's Clean Air Act Title V permit and Utah hazardous waste storage facility permit. Services include formal classroom and online training courses in areas such as 40-hour HAZWOPER, 8-hour refresher courses, DOT training, and RCRA contingency plan training. Informal on-site training will also be provided as needed. The government emphasizes the importance of adherence to schedules, integration of services, and contractor qualifications. Industry feedback is requested on the draft RFP documents, focusing on the statement of work and qualification timelines. The agency plans to host a virtual industry day after feedback is received.
