Exhibit A - Data Requirements Summary

This is a Data Requirements exhibit for a federal services contract with the 72nd Air Base Wing (72 ABW) Civil Engineer Squadron (CEN), establishing mandatory deliverables across baseline and IDIQ contract performance CLINs. The exhibit specifies 17 distinct deliverables (A001-A017) organized by functional area, with submission frequencies ranging from daily interim updates to annual submissions. Key baseline deliverables include: a Master Project Schedule (monthly via MS Project with daily interim updates); Weekly Design and Construction Status Reports (submitted by 1200 Friday with Green/Yellow/Red status indicators); Weekly MILCON/External Agency Liaison Reports; and monthly Map & Data Request Logs. Additional baseline requirements encompass project management infrastructure including an NexGen IT System Management Plan, Contract Transition Plan, Functional Area Continuity Binders, and Installation Geospatial Information & Services Management Plan. IDIQ-specific deliverables include A&E Design Management Reports, Acquisition Support Packages, and Engineering Evaluation/Feasibility Study Reports submitted as directed by the Government Contracting Officer.

All deliverables must be submitted electronically, with proposed formats provided to addressees no later than 15 business days prior to first submission if non-standard formats are required. Specific addressees include the CENM Branch Chief, Government COR, Project Managers, and Contracting Officer. Key submission dates are established as the 5th business day of each month for monthly items and no later than 1200 Friday for weekly reports. Annual requirements must be completed prior to the end of each contract period, with quarterly and semi-annual deliverables due the month immediately following the respective period. The exhibit cross-references PWS section requirements (primarily sections 2.2.2, 2.2.3, and 2.3.1) and additional standards such as UFC 1-300-08 and SDSFIE for technical guidance.
