About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide semi-annual maintenance and emergency repair services for compressed air systems, nitrogen generation systems, air dryers, inline coalescing filters, and inline after coolers at Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri.

The BPA will be a multiple-award contract with a 1-year period of performance and a total ceiling of $1 million. Individual calls under the BPA will not exceed $25,000 and will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while calls above $25,000 but less than $250,000 will require Contracting Officer approval and payment through WAWF. The SOW details the minimum maintenance requirements for each type of equipment, including inspections, cleaning, component replacements, and record-keeping. The contractor will be responsible for waste disposal and site cleanup. This BPA is being solicited by the Department of the Air Force Global Strike Command.

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

Compressed Air and Nitrogen Generation System Maintenance (Whiteman AFB, Missouri)

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Introduction: Whiteman Air Force Base has identified a critical need to address the varying stages of disrepair affecting the air compressors and nitrogen generation systems on the installation. In response, the base is initiating a requirement to solicit services from qualified contractors to undertake the necessary repairs and establish a blanket purchase agreement (BPA).

1.1 Background: Whiteman Air Force Base is home to the 509th Bomb Wing, 131st Bomb Wing, 442nd Fighter Wing, and the 1-135th Assault Helicopter Battalion. These organizations require repair and preventative maintenance of their compressed and nitrogen generation systems.
