About this file
This document is an amendment to Solicitation FA462524Q1070 for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to acquire semi-annual maintenance and emergency repair services for Whiteman AFB's Compressed Air Systems, Nitrogen Generation Systems, Air Dryers, Inline Coalescing Filters, and Inline After Coolers.
The amendment provides updates to the solicitation, including splitting CLIN 0001 to differentiate between Reciprocating/Rotary-Screw Air Systems, clarifying that the systems support aircraft maintenance, and outlining security requirements for working on the flight-line. Contractors may submit bids as the prime contractor while also being part of another contractor's subcontracting plan. The BPA will be in effect for one year with a total call ceiling of $1 million. Individual calls by approved personnel will not exceed $25,000 and will be paid via Government Purchase Card, while calls above $25,000 but less than $250,000 will require Contracting Officer approval and be paid through Wide Area Workflow.
