The bid solicitation, number 23DPP00916, has a Q&A deadline of 2 pm on September 14, 2023, and quotes are due by 2 pm on October 26, 2023. The presentation covers the purpose of the conference, a review of the bid solicitation sections, including the scope of work, contract terms, evaluation criteria, and pitfalls to avoid on the price sheet.
