About this file

This document is Bid Amendment #2 to Bid Solicitation #20DPP00475 for the T2967 - Green Acres Program - Title Searches contract from the New Jersey Department of the Treasury Division of Purchase and Property Procurement Bureau. The bid is for title search services related to the Green Acres Program, with a revised quote submission due date of March 20, 2020. The bid amendment includes answers to vendor questions, a revised state-supplied price sheet that bidders must complete, and an attachment with the current Rate Manual. The contract is being recompeted, and the current rate manual has been provided for informational purposes.

The price sheet includes current rate manual costs for line items 1 and 2, which bidders must not use. Instead, bidders must provide their own unit pricing or percentage discount unit pricing for the services. The amendment also addresses the process for requesting exceptions to the contract rates, indicating that additional title services beyond the scope may be approved by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection at the awarded all-inclusive hourly rate. The contract will be awarded to serve Mercer County and Trenton City in New Jersey.
