About this file
This document is Bid Amendment #3 for Bid Solicitation #25DPP01119, issued by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property, Procurement Bureau, for an Internet-Based Patient Safety Adverse Event Reporting System (T2555). The amendment, dated April 17, 2025, provides answers to questions submitted during the second electronic Question and Answer period. The quote submission is due on May 2, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time, and the document maintains all other original instructions, terms, and conditions of the original bid solicitation.
The amendment includes responses to questions related to Section 4.3 on System Enhancements, specifically addressing potential future feature enhancements based on emerging state needs. The New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) indicates that additional work or system enhancements may be required as part of ongoing rule and regulation modifications, which can be negotiated between the awarded contractor and NJDOH at a later time. Several questions regarding post-contract maintenance, user licensing, and pricing tiers were deferred, with the amendment noting that these inquiries are not related to the first round of Q&A revisions and are therefore ineligible to be answered at this stage.
