About this file
This document is an Optional Pre-Quote Conference Powerpoint presentation for the T2549 Subsurface Remedial Action Services contract opportunity issued by the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury - Division of Purchase and Property, on behalf of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs. The contract will provide labor, equipment, materials, and services to design, install, start-up, and dismantle treatment systems for remediating contamination in indoor air, groundwater, drinking water, and subsurface soil. The scope of work includes emergency and non-emergency remediation, with deliverables such as a Programmatic Health and Safety Plan, a Master Quality Assurance Project Plan, and site-specific plans and reports. The quotes are due by June 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time, and a pre-quote conference is scheduled for interested vendors.
The contract will be priced on a time and materials basis, with a 10% cap on the contractor's markup for non-scheduled items. The procurement includes a subcontracting set-aside for New Jersey Small Business Enterprises and Disabled Veterans' Businesses. The State intends to award up to two contracts, with one Prime Contractor and one Alternate Contractor, with an unspecified contract term and potential renewal options. The incumbent contractor is not specified, as this is a reprocurement of a previous contract, T2549 NJDEP Subsurface Remedial Action Services Term Contract.
